GRN Vision is pleased to have provided LEED Consulting services, fundamental building commissioning services, and energy modeling for the Legaria Phase I and Phase II LEED Core and Shell (LEED-CS) Certification in Mexico City; a 278,281 GSF mixed-use office tower and underground garage designed by PGAL Architects. GRN Vision reviewed, validated and augmented LEED project data provided by PGAL LLC, resulting in the project qualifying for LEED Gold Level recognition for Core and Shell Development (LEED-CS). This was accomplished through an energy modeling series where review of the designs and process equipment elements, energy loads of the project to adequately and accurately, improve the proposed building economic baseline by 25.18%. Our work also included facilitation, review, and comments on the LEED Required Owners Project Requirements (OPR) to aid in the completion of the documentation of the OPR, as well as facilitation and review of the LEED/ ASHRAE required Basis of Design (BOD). Other consulting services we provided included a review of the construction documents to ensure content clarity and completeness in alignment with project’s OPR. Further scope of our work included, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, lighting control via daylighting systems and domestic hot water systems.
