302 East Carson is a LEED Gold historical building located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The retrofit consisted of all operating systems, the roof and a complete rebuild of the interiors. This project was the first multi-tenant redevelopment project in the downtown area. Because of the history and location of the project, the dedication ceremony was attended by Rick Fedrizzi, CEO of USGBC, and former President William Jefferson Clinton.
Our involvement with this project was with the overall cleaning pre, during, and post construction. The development of the requirements, performance and quality control were all facets of the project. Because of the presence of existing tenants, the quality had to stay intact with out disruption. Post-construction through current occupancy, the cleaning standards are still present to the point that this building has received awards from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) for their illustrious TOBY ( The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards.
